Myself and my fiance have been claiming Mortgage Interest Relief since March last year (we are claiming as single and are FTB's). We are getting married in August and was wondering if we can go back to the Revenue and claim 'married' Mortgage Interest Relief.
As far as I know you still get the same relief each or one of you can claim double so no need for change unless one of you stops working. See
