Mortgage interest relief query

Hello,

Have a query re the level of mortgage interest relief I am entitled to.

I purchased house with ex partner in 2005 and received interest relief.

Bought out partners 50% share in same house in 2007 and am now paying mortgage on my own. Do you know what percentage relief I am entitled too?

Also would there be any change to the interest relief if I were to move the mortgage to another provider?

you are in year 6 of Trs

Your current rate should be 20% of interest or ceiling of 10,000 whichever is lower.
it will be the same in 2011
then in 2012 it will change to 15% of ceiling of 3000 or interest whichever is lower and will end on 31/12/2017.

if you move you will still be entitled to the exact same as above.

ok read your link...think its 15% to a total ceiling of €3,000 , not 15% of €3,000 ???
