Mortgage interest relief-- How to claim ?

Hello Experts,
I am wondering what need to be done to claim latest mortgage interest relief (for 2008)? I am married and owner occupier. I am wondering whom (revenue/bank) to contact to reflect latest mortgage interest relief into my monthly mortgage payment?

You should not have to do anything if you are already claiming owner occupier mortgage interest relief. Do you suspect that you have not received the relevant increase automatically or something? If so then contact Revenue in the first instance in my opinion.

I know in my own case there are two transactions each month, the mortgage deduction and a credit back of the interest relief (BoI); does this not happen in your case? I've never had to intervene (yet!).

Nop mine was always one transaction. Mine is BoS,i'll call them tomorrow to check whats the story...
