S stuffit Registered User Messages 36 7 Apr 2009 #1 I bought a house in 2005 and lived in it until last year. House was rented out for all of 2008 (no stamp duty clawback issues arose) and now I'm back living in it. I claimed Mortgage Interest Relief for 2005-2007 I didn't claim it for 2008 as house was not my principal private residence. Since I'm back living in the house can I claim Mortgage Interest Relief again for 2009 and future years? Thanks
