mortgage int sup - need to meet CWO?

Hi again,

I'm putting in the application for MIS - the form the bank completed came this morning.

The local health centre opening times on welfare.ie say it closed at 12 on Friday and is open again Wednesday morning (they mostly seem to open a couple of mornings a week).

Can I just drop it in the box or do I have to meet the CWO?

Also, if I drop it in today will they consider it received today or next Wednesday (5 days is quite a lot in terms of backdating)?

Also, it says they may call to the house, do they usually or is it more that they can?

The CWO will want to check the forms with you (you have to complete an application form yourself, as well as present the form you've received from the bank), so it's probably better to see the CWO in person, especially if you haven't been with them before.

The CWO may make a home visit to verify residence - it's not always done, depends on the workload of the CWO in the particular area.
