Mortgage in the uk.

I have houses in Manchester and I am paying 7% interest which is very high, Was talking to a person who told me that he new someone that was applying for a euro loan for uk property loan using no equidity here.
He didn't know much more has anyone heard of such ?

i did a bit of research on this to buy a property in NI - could not find any "Irish" lender to give euro mortgage at ECB rate for property outside Ireland (Rep of).

A few with sister lenders in UK would give mortgage but rates were BoE rates ie.

Ended up arranging investment mortgage thro BOI NI at 6%.

Haven't signed yet..... hoping for better offer
