Joint income 150k
Principal Residence Value 420k fully paid.
Looking to buy holiday home for 300k.
Cash of 150k and looking to re-mortgage principal residence for the sum of 150k. Just spoke to one broker who said only crowd that would offer a re-mortgage on principal residence for holiday home is a crowd called moco. Did not get into rates etc just yet.
Could anyone offer any advise/experience on the above situation.
