Mortgage Dilemma

I am currently looking to purchase a site and build on same. i had some loan problems which resulted in postings on the Credit Beaura. Since the sale of my home late last year all outstanding loans have been cleared.

When the sale completed i approached some lenders for a new mortgage and was refused due to credit history.

Can anyone assist?

Even though this crowd don't mention arrears cases on their site I have seen ads in the local papers saying they deal with this type of situation .[broken link removed]

Even though I live in the south east I dont have any connection with Falcon or indeed with any of the other two co's mentioned above. I reckon you can expect to pay a premium in interest rates for your past credit history though.
