If I have a debt judgment in Ireland for a significant amount can they try to take my parents or siblings home (if they can’t get off me) (they did not co sign debt)

And also if my home got repossessed because of a debt could they go after my parents home or sisters home for money if there was short fall or some other debt owed (they did not co sign)

Looking for answer for case study to explain to my worrying friend thanks

If they are not joint borrowers or guarantors then, no.

Ditto.

Your parents and siblings are not responsible for your debts unless they are co-borrowers with you, they guaranteed your debts, or they mortgaged their property to secure your debts. Unless one of these three things is the case, your creditors cannot recover what you owe from your parents or siblings.

Could they chase your parents' or siblings' homes? Only if you own a share of those homes, in which case they can chase the value of your share.
