A friend is in a pretty precarious position with mortgage debt (four properties in massive neg equity and little rent coming in). She claims she has been told that the bank wants to put her into examinership, but is afraid to say much more as she has signed a Non Disclosure Agreement. The woman is scared silly and worrying constantly. I have suggested to her that her legal adviser isn't very good with this type of situation and that she change solicitor. She's considering this, but in the meantime we've researched this "personal examinership" but haven't found any info.
