Mortgage Contract question

Can I get a copy of my mortgage contract from my Solicitor who dealt with purchase or do I have to go to the bank where mortgage is . I got my mortgage through a broker, broker now gone. appreciate any light on subject.

I would imagine that your solicitor would keep a copy for a period after the mortgage closed. If not, try your lender.

Your lender will have this and should send it to you, without any questions.
