Just wandering what commission a mortgage broker would get from IIB, Permanent TSB or ICS on a switch of an investment property? Is it 1 % of total loan or 0.5%?

Also depends on how much business the broker places with each lender. It can vary from 0.35% to 1% of the loan amount, with claw-back of commission if the loan is redeemed in the first 3 - 5 years.
