Ok guys thanks for the advice I think I will do whats practical.
Had a pretty rough year with all this so probably best to just walk away now! Its crazy though you have to break your bollox to get a place to live , you put everything into it and then the person whos supposed to be your partner just decides "ah I'm not into this anymore' and thats it game over. I reckon houses in Dublin are just to feckin dear for what you get also.
