Would anybody know the answer please?
I am in arrears in my mortgage was told by EBS that my mortgage was unsustainable I was told to pay 399 a month as per figure worked out from my financial statement while I waited to hear from them.
I received a letter stating my only options were voluntary sale or downsizing I sent a letter of appeal and received a letter saying they received my appeal and would be in contact this was september 2013 and yesterday I received a letter from them saying that I am to resume full payment of 1039 in march which I wont be able to I rang them and was told someone will be phone me back still waiting.
