Mortgage Approval Timeline

Hi All,

Just wondering if anyone can advise how long it has taken to get mortgage approval.

I have my Approval in principle in April and I have just submitted for full mortgage approval two weeks ago however still waiting to hear back.

It may depend on the bank. I found KBC can take a few weeks. I found I had to follow up with the contact in the branch that is liaising with you.
