Evening All,
Has anyone applied for a mortgage with PTSB lately and if so, how long do they usually take to process the application?
Also, how likely is a bank to overlook an old bad debt from 2009 that ended up in court that shows up on the banks court check considering the bad debt has been cleared for two years now? Everything else is glowing. Permanent, stable, long term jobs. Clean current account. Clean savings account. Full deposit and legal fees etc
