Mortgage Amount

I've got another topic going here at the moment, but I wanted to see if anyone could tell me what amount of a mortgage myself & my partner could get. I earn €35k plus about another €3k in side projects, and she earns €50k and is a vat registered sole trader. We both work in accounting, but neither of us has a professional qualification.

Possibly more. My partner's and my income come to about 90K including overtime and we've had quotes up to 400K.

On a combined taxable income of €85,000 over 35 years and assuming no loans you'd qualify for €410,000 as a 92% mortgage. Over 35 years at 3.35% your repayments would be €1660 excluding tax relief and insurances.
