Mortgage AIP and Buy Now Pay Later Retailers

Hi,
I'm sure this is a silly question, but I have had mortgage approval for over 2 years now, latest renewal in February. As I still can't find anywhere to buy, I am now leasing an apartment while I look. I know the rent payments will demonstrate affordability but as the place is unfurnished, I was considering buying some pieces that I can ultimately bring with me when I buy. I see some of the homeware providers have buy now pay later options that are interest free for short term periods (e.g. 3 months) which seems appealing but I am wondering is this a big red flag on a bank statement if it shows humm/klarna/flexi-fi etc similar to Paddy Power, Ladbrokes etc (whether there's interest or whatever the amount) when I'm applying for the renewal and am I better to withdraw from savings ? I have no other outstanding loans, credit etc.
