Mort Int Relief- budget arrears paid yet?

Hi,

Mort Int Relief was doubled in the last budget. I got the €133 payment in Feb and March but only the €66 (pre budget amt) in january. Has anyone been paid their arrears yet or anyone else experience this? My mortgage is with BoI
