I've read some of the articles but none does a real summary. For example I heard that 17 civil servants said the tendor process was done correctly and also that the Danish guy in charge said everything was done correctly so I wanted to see why Moriarity had a different opinion.
If everything was done correctly then the other partners in the bidding process will not be able to take a legal case. Also can't see how the DPP can prosecute anyone for anything as so far there doesn't seem to be any crime only conjecture.
I understand at least 3 amounts of money went from O'Brien to Lowry but they came back again so that's not a crime.
Lowry spoke to O' Brien in a pub or two, not a crime, and no one was there so there is no evidence of a crime.
Ben Dunne asked Lowry to see if he could get rent reviewed, can't see any crime there either.
That kind of summary. Maybe everybody hasn't read the report yet and can't do a summary.
