Hi, trying to order a birthday card on Moonpig.com and when I put in my visa details to pay, it threw up another screen, from my bank, ptsb, in conjunction with verify by Visa, asking me for my 3 digit number, expiry and DOB. Is it ok to proceed with this? I ordered items a long time ago on Moonpig and stuff recently on other sites and this screen did not come up, although not using this card (the card is relatively new, a visa debit card). Would be very grateful if someone could come back to me asap as I am cutting it very fine with this card.
