Anyone handy with Moodle or know where I could get some training for an implementation?

Have you looked at MOOCs? Seems to be plenty on "teaching with Moodle" but not necessarily on doing your own implementation. Depending on your existing level of knowledge, maybe one of the "core concepts" MOOCs could help, even if you have to get additional training elsewhere. One starting this week: . Sorry, don't know much about Moodle myself except as a user.
