TheBig40 nails it and you should test your screen recording ability beforehand. But usually the lecturer will record it themselves and post on Moodle however that is their decision, and might depend on what resources they have available to them... I think it just records the primary screen and goes into your my documents/videos folder automatically but you can change this.I wasn't aware of this.
When I tried it on a youtube video the following appeared

But it disappears if I move around the screen.
I am using two screens if that matters?
