Montpellier Property Price Trends

Hi

I'm hoping to buy an investment property in Montpellier shortly.

Does anybody know what the current price trends are in this area. Are prices flat, or are they falling and if so by how much. The property I am looking to buy is about 8 minutes walk from town centre, it is a 2 roomed flat, in very good condition.

montpellier is holding its own at the moment, however if you purchase in the right areas where development is zoned, ge the arrival of the TGV in 2010 you will enjoy a micro economy
