Monthly TRS Credit?

Hi,

I'd be grateful for advice on the following:

I'm currently on a fixed interest only mortgage of €200,000. The rate is 5.45%. Can you tell me how much net TRS I should be receiving monthly or yearly?

I think that I should be getting more than I am receiving but I couldn't get a clear answer from the person whom I spoke to on the TRS helpline.

Are you in the first7 years of your first mortage (i.e first time buyer or not)?
