We are building a new house with a mono pitch (ceiling slants in one direction only). We are struggling with the kitchen design. To put normal wall presses and just ignore the ceiling height? To not put any wall presses? To only put wall presses on some walls? Would really appreciate any advise from anyone who has a similar ceiling in a kitchen or anyone who has any design ideas.
