I have a friend in Serbia who I want to transfer in the region of $130 to, so he can purchase some equipment for me. I am registered with moneybookers.com and have checked if Serbia is a country they deal with - no problems there. However he has no idea how to go about recieving the money. Does he open a moneybookers account and link it to his bank account? What if he cant link a serbian bank account to his moneybookers account?
