Money sent to old account by mistake, still not bounced back after 5 working days

Hi, is it normal that after 5 working days the money that I sent by mistake via internet banking isn't bounced back into the original account? I sent the money to Anglo by mistake, I still get vague answers on when I should see the amount in the original account. Any suggestion is welcome pls.
