Travelled with Monarch Arlines to lanzarote last week, on the flight on the way out i was nearly crippled with the space I was put in on the flight.
Being 6 ft 4 inches I understand it is never going to be too comfortable.....
however I was disgusted on the way home to be charged €32 euros for an exit seat, I was told that if they didnt "sell" the seats I might get one in the end otherwise I would have to pay........
On the way out the Overwight Guy didnt pay for 2 seats wven though he took up most of mine..........
What can I do here....??
In Dublin there was no mention of an extra charge for leg room........
Really annoyed and will not be travelling on a package with Panorama / Monarch Airways again .........
Help who can I write to ???
