Mobile provider three: Less than 1 day old & the mobile keeps powering off! replace?

I bought a mobile from the three network. Less than one day old and the mobile keeps powering off. Am I entitled to a new mobile ASAP?

As they give you a 14 day cooling off period you should have no problem getting another one, if this doesnt work they will have to repair it for you.

Yes a friend works in a three store ans she would always be tellin me my rights...i'm with vodafone and you would definatly be entitled to get a refund or repair....possibly a repair will be offered first!

thanks folks, no problems at all. mobile changed on the spot. went for a different model and it was fine. kept the sim and all is well
