Mobile phone security code

I want to reset my call timer and the phone asks for a security code. I am on the Meteor network but Meteor tell me that I must contact the mobile phone manufacturer Nokia. Anyone have advice. thanks
 
Thanks very much lads tried it and it worked a treat. It makes it easier to track monthly call usage
