hi,
i recently dropped my mobile phone into a sink of water, causing it not to work for a few days.
I sent it off to: http://www.turnonyourmobile.co.uk/ to be repaired.
repair costs £35.
i've just received a message today saying that the phone could not be repaired and that it can either be sent back for £15 or used as spare parts (for them).
do you think that maybe it was fixed and they want me to say no to having it sent back for £15, so they can sell it on second hand? I doubt thats the case, but it just seems a bit expensive to be sent back a useless phone - but I understand that engineer fees cost money.
What do you think I should do?
Thanks.
