last june my mobile phone provider suspended my mobile phone service cause of a large bill, so i couldnt use it.i have been with them for 3 years never any problems. i tried to arrange a repayment option with them and they refused , they wanted all 350 euros upfront before restoring service, and i told them not possible , i could give 50 euros a week for 7 weeks but they refused . finally in september they terminated the servise and sent bill to a debt collecter . however they kept charging monthly fee of 62 euros for 3 months july to september before terminating finally costing 530 euros.can they do this ie stop providing a servise and keep charging a monthly fee ?
