Have been thinking about purchasing a Mobile Home in France and hopefully, putting it on one of the more popular sites. As we are both fifty and our youngest is nineteen and gone past the camping holidays we wonder are we mad as most of the campsites are very geared towards the younger family. At our age we are in between and I dont know if I really want this or maybe I'm trying to relive the wonderful memories of all the camping hols there when children were small.

You can finally do pretty much whatever you want for holidays - do you really want to go back to the same place year after year?
You won't have small children to occupy you and whilst you may be very fit and active I suspect the water slides won't keep you amused for very long.
I'll be in the same position myself in a few years time so I can sympathise; I think it's only when you get to the later years of raising children that you realise just how totally they ruled your life!
