mix up with oven - under counter /eye level
Got a double oven in d.i.d.
it turns out its an eye level double oven where as I needed an under the counter one.
When I was buying no one asked any questions and I (foolishly) didn't cop that there was a difference.
The problem I hear you ask - I live a good 70 mins from the store, it won't fit in the car, I have already paid €25 to have it delivered, and they want a 20% restocking charge cause the plastic is taken off it (the electrican saw it was the wrong one when he took the plastic off)
I know its my own fault - but have I any other options rather than hire a van to return it and take the 20% cut and maybe not even get a refund just a credit note
