Missing NTMA Saving Certificate

Hi, I purchased State Saving Certs Issue 25 in Nov 2024. I have the An Post till receipt for the purchase but cannot locate the actual certificate. The cert is visible online when I login. Will there will be an issue in 2029 when I attempt to recoup the investment without a physical certificate? TIA

It was mentioned previously in this post that State Savings no longer issue a physical certificate when you purchase a Savings Certificate. So rather than losing/misplacing it, you may not have received it in the first place. You’d think they would make this clear, but it is incompetents in State Savings we are talking about after all.

You still get an acknowledgement letter for each purchase.

I've dealt with State Savings for decades and have always found them to be competent.

The letter is now the cert. We don't get the document with the old style harp any more. You still get the letter and a return envelope from them when it matures and you can return it if you want, but you can cash in or reinvest it online which is quicker.
