Missed JSB Collection date at PO

Was meant to collect my JSB on Wed but have wasnt feeling well so didnt get to PO.

Can i go to PO today and collect it or what happens. Did i need to go back to the Social Werfare office and talk to them

think you have 3 days to collect it before it goes back so you should be ok to get it today

Can you claim JSB earlier than you claim day on a once off basis e.g. if your claim day is a Wednesday could you collect your JSB on a Tuesday instead?

No, payment isn't available ahead of the regular payment day.

A Jobseekers payment is available for collection at the PO up to close of business on the Tuesday after the payment date.
