Misleading vodafone ad re Nokia N95

Anyone see the ad in vodafone shops and newspapers. Says in very large print "Nokia N95 8GB only € 169 "and as part of same heading but smaller but very legible print "and free texts on all phone plans". This is all one sentence
Then at very bottom of page in smallest small print possible it says that the € 169 price only available on vodafone plan 600( which naturally is the most expensive plan). On their website the ad says from €169 which is absolutelyfine but I think the print ad is the sneakiest ad in terms of( almost) hidden small print I have seen in a while.

When dealing with Vodafone you need to read the terms and conditions carefully as they get worse as time goes by. The smart alec trick over Christmas of verbally selling their phones with free credit but when one logged onto the site €10 per month purchase was necessary to avail of their so called €10 free credit.

Perfectly legal as this is always checked by big firms before going to pint.
Typical advetising ploy!
