Mirror tv..... where do i get one?

Hi all,

I want to put tv over fireplace but hate the look of them, i would like a mirror tv but they are hard to source in this country and are very expensive, i have read about surrounds you can put over your flat screen tv but dont know if they are effective or not. Has anyone got either of these and do they work and were they expensive.

I remember seeing a spot on tv3 irelandAM months ago - where their usual woodies guy just knocked up a frame which was bigger than the flat screen TV they were demonstrating with, he then painted the face, with the idea that you just hung it on the TV to hide it, made it look like a 'wide' painting on the wall.
