MiracleGro Patch Magic - useless product.

I bought this product because I had some bare patches in my lawn. It didn't work and considering that i paid top dollar for this product and used it under ideal conditions I am very disappointed. I cannot find a website for this product other than a USA site. Can anyone advise me as to who the agents are for Ireland as I want to get my money back.

But bring back to the shop you bough in- as your deal is with them- not the distributor

The Sting is in the name ie MIRACLE.!!

As suggested your case is with the people you bought it from.
 
OP, if you're still looking for a similar product, I used Evergreen Lawn Repair Kit which I got in B&Q and couldn't recommend it highly enough. It was so good that the grass was so thick and luscious that the mower cut out a couple of times while I was mowing it!

It's only when you try to find how the MiracleGro guarantee works that you see all the Terms and Conditions attached. Almost impossible to claim.

Incidentally I contacted tpwhelehan and asked them if they were the agents for MiracleGro in Ireland. They said yes. I had also contacted the parent company in the USA and they said that the Irish agents were www.lovethegarden.com

I have gone back to tpwhelehan to clarify and they won't respond to my emails. Strange?

Not really. Your contract is with the shop you purchased the product from, not the distributor. They are under no obligation whatsoever to enter into correspondence with you.

Have you complained to the shop?
