Mint condition one euro coins

Wondering if anyone can give me the fast track on how to obtain a few hundred freshly minted or uncirculated euro coins.seems like the treasury doesnt deal with the public and my local bank doesn't seem able to help so perhaps someone here knows the secret to buying these? Thanks
 
funnily enough they happen to be for a friend too..but hey a policeman wouldnt ask me that! (well not if i had a receipt for them anyway and wasn't sloping off home under the cover of darkness and them jingle jangling around in a bag marked 'swag').
Do you have any ideas?
 
tesco or dunnes? ask to do a swap with a checkout girl?

they get those bags that havent yet been opened not regular money bags, well they did in dunnes when i worked there

I have a mint roll of the old 2p, 1p .5p coins. There is a pub on St. Gt Georges St. that used to be a bank. I put a few rolls of the .5p coins in a hole in the floorboards right beneath the cash box where I used to work back in 1971 or 1972 when they were first introduced.
