Hi lads,
We have bought on Millrace rd in the phoenix park racecourse and and we are waiting for the keys to our new apt in pp race course. We are very excited.
Anybody living there at present? what do you think? Are you happy? Has the finishing foreman (Ian) been helpful?

I started a thread further below on the PPR. I bought an apartment on Millrace Court.

It won't be ready until November at the earliest though.

The quality of the apartments seems pretty high, the kitchens are far superior to a lot of what I've seen.

Only thing bothering me is the traffic and the fact that there's no right turn out of the place in the direction of town at the moment.
