Mill Oaks, Drumlish, Longford

Hi all

Does anyone have any thoughts on the new Mill Oaks development in Drumlish? What is Drumlish like to live in? Any comments welcome...

Drumlish is a thriving village, which has seen a lot of development recently. There are several new housing developments. There are two supermarkets (centra and costcutter), a chemist and a few other shops. It's about 9 miles from Longford town. There is primary school in the village, and the nearest secondary schools would be Longford or Moyne. From what I know of it, it seems like a nice enough place. BTW I think Mulleadys' rubbish dump is out there somewhere, so make sure to see the house you are interested in during a windy day ... see what it smells like. Might not be an issue at all.

Drumlish is a fast growing village with a lot of new development. Mulleadys recycling is a few miles away and is not an issue. There are not many houses left for sale in Mill Oaks. If you are looking for Longford property check out this blog.
