Messed up lease

Hi
I signed a joint tenancy a couple of years ago. A few tenants have come and gone and lease amendments were issued.
One new person joined the house recently and the third has been in the house a year but always been difficult.
All tenants are registered with the RTB.

.the other two tenants besides me have caused an argument about rent and against the terms of the lease and manage t agency advice went ahead and paid their rent seperately and refuse to communicate with me despite numerous offers to meet:

On top of this I’ve discovered that the management company never used lease amendments to the two residing in the house. I am the only one named on the original agreement.

The management company are forcing me to sign a brand new lease with the other two tenants to cover up their mistake.

I’m sick with worry, can anyone give me any advice? I can’t bring myself to sign a legal document that will give part 4 tenancy straight away and they don’t even communicate with me

And why are you upset that they will have part 4 tenancy? They have paid the rent as required.

I would have thought you felt more protected with all names on the lease, as otherwise you may have been asked to pay the full rent if they skipped a month for whatever reason.

Signing a legal document is a serious matter and you should not feel coerced. How are they “forcing” you? Maybe all they gave you was a 30 day deadline which has now passed and you have not communicated with them?

So let them know you are asking a solicitor their advice. Make an appointment with a solicitor who specialises in leases. Tell the landlords when the appointment is or just say you will get back to them after x date. Show him the lease and lay out all your issues. If he recommends you sign then sign the lease. Let the landlord know.

The new person wrote to me saying they are not happy with their being a lead tenant and doesn’t have to pay the rent advertised that she agreed to. So now I’m in a position where there is no lease amendment and naturally don’t want her to get part 4 tenancy straight away after showing red flags about the rent.
I’m anxious because not only have I to deal with a new difficult co tennant, the management company has also messed up
