Mentoring programme

I am in the process of developing a mentoring programme for the company I work in.

I'm in the research stage and am looking for any good links to websites, articles, resources etc. that would help me learn about programmes that are working and have worked well in other companies. So that I can implement best practices into our programme.

I'm also interested in hearing any personal opinions/advice from fellow forum members who have experience of mentoring/being mentored.
