I'm writing a daft ad for an apartment and wondering should we put the maintenance fee in the description?
They may like to know how much it is.If it's an apartment for sale people will know that there is a maintainence fee involved.
Why not go the whole hog and not mention the price of the apartment!I would leave it out to be honest and discuss it when questioned about it. As someone already stated-solicitors ALWAYS find it out for their client anyway. One thing you might like find out before any potential viewing is what sinking fund is like-basically whats in the kitty. Recently we sold our apartment that had a very healthy sinking fund-this was attractive to the people viewing.
