Does anyone know why there was a large group of guys wearing only nappies and t-shirts, making their way from O'Connell St to Abbey St today at about 6pm?

Its not rag week? Was there a protest on today? Puzzled!!!

Maybe they were infant teachers on their way to Busáras to catch a bus to the Annual Conference?

Yea,
I saw them going from Abbey Street to O'Connell street at 2:15 yesterday. Though it was either a stag or rag week.

One guy looked like he had already dropped a load

They didn't look like the happiest bunch in the world so I didn't think they were partying though?

I thought that they were Galway people up for the day. The water problem has them all in nappies now.

I think I'd have barffed if I saw them. Does nobody think its a bit weird, no matter what they're protesting against or campaigning for - Men in nappies is just wrong - no exceptions...

Its an insult to babies!

Were they clapping as the saying goes:
"If you are happy in your nappy - clap your hands"

yes Ged, hence my post...

such an odd thing to want to dress up in. I'm sure they could have come up with something a bit more suitable.

How would they have even found nappies big enough to fit sufficiently...very worrying !
