Med1 Form online

I am trying to complete my MED1 form online but it seems to be only to giving me the option to claim under my husbands name. He didn't pay tax last year and I did so does that mean if the claim goes through under his name we get no refund or will be get a refund anyhow, also will it go to his bank account or mine?

As far as I am aware we are. Because he is on lower income i take some of his tax whatyamacallits so i dont go into the higher tax band.

If you are on joint assessment, it seems that your husband is the assessable spouse, which could explain why the claim is in his name. You should get a refund, but I don't know which account it will go into.
