Med1 Claim - wife made redundant during year so no p60

I want to claim Med1 expenses for 2008. My wife was made redundant in November 08 so received a P45 (and obviously not a P60 at end of year). She claimed JB for remainder of year.

When filling out online claim for Med1 - do we use details on her P45 as if it was a P60 or do we need to include the dole payments as part of her income also. I'm guessing it's the latter.

Income from P45 + Taxable element of JB, (that's the personal amount for herself and you if applicable, less any child element less €13 p.w.)

Thanks. She was just claiming dole for herself.

Was she claiming JB or JA. First post says JB while second says JA. Dole is a term usually used for JA.

JB is taxable as explained above, JA is not taxable

Sorry - my mistake. She was getting JB.
