Med1 2008- when 2 claim??

HI there - I have a med 1 claim in relation to my baby.. I paid the fees (4,250) in 2008- can I claim this back at any time or do I need to wait till October?
Also I have physio fees of 875 E for 2008 - can I claim these as well?
Or do I need to wait??

Hi Kerbs, you can apply now you just need to submit your application on line or send it in to the tax office with your P60 or your last pay slip of 08.
